Please note that the testing venue may be in a different center or room depending on the type of experiment. Refer to the instructions provided in the confirmation email/ text message from our researcher to determine the specific location you need to be in. 

• For neuroimaging sessions such as fMRI and EEG, we typically conduct those at UBSN located in ZB216/ 217, B2 floor, Core Z. We suggest you look at this directional guide if you are unfamiliar with the campus.

• For behavioral testing, our researchers will email you the confirmed venue once they have booked an experiment room. Please make sure that you check your inbox in advance.

Our lab policy requires appointment cancellations to be made at least 4 days before your confirmed time slot via email. This policy should be clearly outlined in all correspondence between you and our researchers.

The reasons behind this policy are the non-refundable and costly nature of MRI bookings, the need for ample time to find alternative participants, and the coordination with our team’s radiologists and researchers.

While we understand that there could be unexpected and abrupt situations, please try to prioritize timely notification should the need to cancel your fMRI appointment arise. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
